Curated custom features designed with premium micro-animations and modular aesthetics.
Xephira Island
Our dynamic overlay system tracks phone calls, media sessions, active timers, and routing with custom fluid physics, gesture-based dismissals, and dynamic artwork color themes.
GameSpace
Slide out a floating panel during game launch to lock CPU/GPU profiles, monitor frame rates in real-time, clean device memory, capture key moments, and toggle notifications.
Xephira Recovery
No more basic, low-contrast system recovery menus. Explore a redesigned pixel-art Recovery console built for touch controls, easy sideload zips, and secure backups.
UI Layout Gallery
Dynamic Island Advanced States
Observe multi-app prioritization. Call alerts sit at the peak while background media players render downscaled dominant color outlines automatically matching the active song metadata.
GameSpace Floating Bar
Lock custom frame limits, check network latency status, clean ambient background threads, and toggle notifications immediately in-game using the glassmorphic slide panel.

Installation Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to flash XephiraOS on your supported device. Ensure you back up all data first!
Unlock Bootloader
Unlock the OEM bootloader of your device through developer options and run `fastboot oem unlock` (or brand-specific commands) in your bootloader interface.
Flash Xephira Recovery
Download the specific recovery img for your device codename from the **Downloads** tab. Boot device into fastboot and flash using:
fastboot flash boot recovery-codename.img
Wipe Data & Cache
Reboot into Xephira Recovery. Tap on **Factory Reset** and select **Format Data/Factory Reset** to wipe user partition encryption keys.
Sideload XephiraOS ROM
Under Recovery, select **Apply Update** -> **Apply from ADB**. Connect device to computer and run sideload command:
adb sideload XephiraOS-v1.2-codename-Official.zip
Reboot & Enjoy
Once installation finishes (reaching 100% or step 2/2 in AOSP), go to main menu and select **Reboot System Now** to experience XephiraOS!
CRITICAL WARNING
Flashing a custom ROM requires erasing your device partition storage completely. Make sure you back up all authenticators, messages, and files before proceeding.
PRO TIPS
Keep your device plugged into a USB 3.0 port on your computer and verify that your drivers are up to date by checking `adb devices` compatibility.
